-1 can garbanzo beans, drained
-1 can white cannellini beans, drained
-2Tblsp tahini
-The juice of 1 lemon
-1Tblsp Olive Oil
-2Tblsp chopped parsley
-1 rounded tsp dill
-1/2 rounded tsp tarragon
-1/2tsp spanish paprika
-1/2tsp cayenne pepper
-1Tblsp capers
-Salt and Pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until desired consistency.
*taste after process and adjust seasoning to your liking.
I might actually start following this blog if the recipes are this easy. Basically this recipe is just put a bunch of stuff in a blender and hit go.
